I’m a Cleveland-based front-end engineer with 19 years of experience specializing in accessible design systems and scalable web components. My focus is bridging the gap between high-level engineering and user-centric design.

What I'm Doing Now

Lately, I've been focused on design system architecture and building Web Components. I'm currently a Lead Front-End Engineer at Fortune Brands Innovations, where I built the Neighborhood Design System from the ground up to support a diverse portfolio of brands.

To solve the challenge of multi-brand scaling, I developed a library of Web Components controlled by a CSS Custom Property styling API. This architecture allows for seamless brand-specific overrides while maintaining a robust, framework-agnostic core, significantly streamlining the design and development lifecycle across the company.
